    • Great Paper when used on right material

This paper is beautiful and the lines on it make it extremely forgiving if you make a mistake. I have used this twice already to line drawers and cabinets. The first cabinet was almost a 70's type of melamine material and this stuff had a hard time sticking to it but it laid flat and was easy to cut on it. The other piece was an all-wood cabinet and I lined the drawers and this paper stuck to it like super glue! It was darn near impossible to replace and reposition it. The one thing to note with this paper is that it is extremely fragile. When you fold it into a corner, you have to because pressing into the corner seams will cause it to tear. There was many times I didn't even need my straight edge to cut excess away and just used my nail- that is how fragile this stuff is! Like I said, if you get a few creases, the paper is forgiving due to the pattern but for the most part, I was able to get out the air bubbles. This was a great buy and I love that it is plain and doesn't have a pattern screaming at me. I would buy this again for more furniture! ... show more

Easier to install than I thought. Just make sure to get a wall paper installation kit to insure everything lays as flat and smooth as possible.

    • Take your time to apply, if you try to reapply the paper will stick to itself the adhesive is great.

As others have mentioned, the paper is extremely thin, WILL show any imperfections in the wall or color behind it, and rips easily so be careful. The main problem is that this paper should absolutely NOT be listed as wallpaper. It is clearly shelf liner. If you are wanting to use as a very inexpensive form of wallpaper, be prepared that you are going to have to unroll every other roll in order to have the black bars line up correctly. I have a red rollaway carry-on case that looks... annoying lol. I prefer really neutral/muted colors and this was exactly what I wanted to soften it. This was easy, versatile, and with the grid on the back- perfect for whatever project you have in mind. Can't recommend highly enough!

    • Thin and easily crinkles!

Purchased to glam up a closet! The paper is extremely easy to cut/peel but as previous buyers have mentioned it IS very thin and will show darker colors behind it. If you have a solid color it will tint the white (ex: hot pink walls will make it look like a very pale pink) and patterns will show through if they’re bold. White walls? No problem! Definitely measure your space and precut! If you’re working with a slanted wall I recommend cutting the sections in those areas in half for better control. If you think you’ll have more than an inch that will bend inward to another wall (ex: when doing a feature wall) definitely cut the edge chunks into narrow strips to help prevent issues! This contact paper isn’t very flexible and doesn’t like being bent inwardly! Overall I am happy with the result and would buy the product again! Have patience and dont try to rush if you want to avoid uneven sections! ... show more
