    • sturdy, works well, but have to modify for garmin striker 4
used twice now and is sturdy. Seems to have been marketed as universal kit but I had to make my own adaper to attach the detector to the bottom of the unit. Different screw, washers and rubber washer did the trick. Comes off and on easy when getting ready to fish or taking out of water. While in water, very secure and didn't move unless I loosened the handles to adjust. Seems like a good buy. ... show more

    • Well built portable mount
It is sturdy well built. It is easy to install and remove for storage. I used it for my little 12ft boat not a kayak but it sill works as the shaft is just barely long enough to the water

    • Good mount
Kinda thought it would swing forward and aft, however it only swings away and up. I made an aluminum bracket to connet my transducer to it. Its stable and you can loosen and swing it up and up on to kayak to protect the transducer.

    • Great arm but no screws
This thing is perfect for my Garmin. My only problem is that the track does not come with screws to secure it to the kayak. It comes with screws to secure the Garmin to the arm which do not fit (too big) so I have to buy screws to secure the track and screws to secure the Garmin.

This mount for your fish finder and transducer is the best. I don’t think there’s a better one out there for the price. Don’t take my word for it, read the reviews! It’s great!
