Suddenly I can no longer find the the crocs flat or Birkenstock thong that I've worn for the last 5 or so years. The bones in my feet have shifted once already and are on the move again. I have hammer toes and a bunion. I used to wear an 8.5 but have worn a 9 in most flats. With shoe sizes today, I decided to go for a 9.5. Glad I did. My feet are very swollen today after an afternoon of shopping. I decided to try the new shoes on anyway. These aren't like canvas shoes of the past and they aren't really sneakers but I like the material. It is very soft on the side next to the skin. The fabric is sturdy. Each time I remove them and put on again, they go on easier. The shoe hugs my foot and really feels good. The soles are cushioned and I have some arch support. I will have to learn to walk in them but they feel better than the last several pairs of "closed-in" shoes I tried and couldn't even sit. I like them so much, I am going to order the fake fur lined ones to wear in the house on tile flooring that is cold. They work well with a thin low-cut sock. There is plenty of non-hard, non-binding room in the toe box! The only think I would change is to have the top of the shoe at least an inch lower at the instep. I bought these based on the reviews that they offer better arch support and half sizes compared to hey dudes. Both of those are true. Very comfortable. My only issue as that the soles seem more plastic than rubber. I’m afraid they would be slippery at times. But so far I’m happy with them.

These boat shoes are great. Very comfortable with arch support and fit is true to size. I wear a 7. I was always wearing Hey Dudes,but theses are just as nice for less money. I liked them so much I ordered a white pair and a black pair! Try them 😊

I kept these because at first, they were pretty comfortable and supportive. After about a month the insoles were pretty much nonexistent. Cute shoe for the price, but if you need support, these are not the shoes for you. Go ahead and spend the extra dollars for a name brand that will last.
