Purchased for our 5 yrs old son's bedroom. First impression: Great gray color and smooth paint finish. A couple of boards had chips/dings on the the finish but not enough to warrant a replacement. Wood boards are sturdy, making for a good strong finished product. The dresser sits a bit lower than expected so we will be getting an air vent deflector (unfortunately, best place for dresser, in his room, is over air vent). Construction: took about 1.5 hours for husband and I to put together. He did frame, I did drawers. Box was heavy to move at 120lbs. Get some help moving the box. Construction woes: For the most part, pilot holes were drilled appropriately. There were a few locations on frame that were missed and required us to drill our own holes. Not to big of a deal...unless you're not into the extra steps. For drawer assembly, it was relatively easy though some pilot holes again were not made or alignment of predrilled holes were off. I appreciate the support bar on underside of drawers (oddly, previous dresser didnt have that) though the support bars are made of fairly cheap, almost balsa wood feeling, material. I can see where these support bars can snap easily. The drawer knob holes are pre drilled and not all uniform depths. If using the stock pulls, you shouldnt have an issue. We used custom image made knobs (typical knob sizing, machine screws at 1" length w 8/32 thread size...same as what is included with this dresser's stock knobs). If using your own knobs, have 1", 1/2", and 3/4" machine screws at the ready (included knobs have a deeper bored hole than typical replacement knobs so you can use the included 1" machine bolts). Function: drawers roll smoothly and stop appropriately and feel as if they can go through plenty of use and store plenty of clothing. Great height for our 5 yr old (hes a bit taller than the average kid his age). The top will hold plenty of toys, knick knacks, lamps, etc. The top of dresser may be able to handle wear and tear easily (doesnt feel like to soft of a wood)...will update as time goes on. Final thoughts: As of right now, I would buy this product again. For any reason, should I change my mind, I will update review...though I dont foresee any issues. Overall, it has a fair price point, it is sturdy, functional, great for use in a kids room, stylish, and makes my kid happy. Give it a whirl. ... show more

The instructions were great. Took about an hour from start to finish. Sadly the package was very damaged and a corner of the dresser was as well. Otherwise I am happy with the product and that the slide rails on the drawers were already installed.

I had previously purchased a grey Stork Craft brand baby crib for my daughter and was excited to see that there was a matching dresser, so once I had the money, I bought it to go with her crib. I received this dresser via UPS today and I have to say that I absolutely LOVE it! The quality is much better than I was expecting. Yes, you have to assemble it yourself, but it is really not that difficult at all. The only tool that this dresser required was a screw driver - that's it - no hammers, drills, etc. Just a simple screw driver! This dresser was assembled in less than one hour by one person, so it's so easy peasy! It perfectly matches my daughters crib. The drawers are sturdy and they open and close very smoothly, which is a big deal to me, because I hate when drawers "stick" when you're trying to open or close them. The top of this dresser is wide enough for changing pad to go on it, so we're using it as a changing table as well! I love the fact that this dresser (and crib) will grow with my baby girl from birth through her teenage years. It's perfect for any age! Very simple, yet modern. I am SO glad that I purchased this dresser. :) I think the only small qualm I have with this dresser is that it was SO heavy in the package (124lbs total) so there was no way I could carry it into my house, then into my daughters bedroom alone. It will definitely take 2 people to carry, unless you're a macho man. ;) Pros: Easy to assemble (Assembled by 1 person in less than an hour -- only requires 1 tool) Sturdy, 90% (if not 100%) real wood -- none of that cheap pressed board crap Wide enough to use as a changing table Drawers are easy to open and close Price is on point for the quality Cons: You have to assemble yourself The package is extremely heavy (124lbs) ... show more

    • Excellent, budget friendly, toddler dresser.
This item was purchased for our second baby. We knew the quality isn't up to par as the higher end brands, but it's a kids dresser, therefore we didn't want to spend too much on furniture when we plan on buying them a nice bedroom set for her own room when she gets older, like we did for our other daughter. The Pros: The color is nice, easy instructions, and can be done by one person. Also, there is a number to call if any pieces are broken or become broken, their warrant department from the manufacturer-more on that below. The Cons: Cheap. The wood is thin, and can easily be cracked if over tightened during set up. also, not very sturdy if you put weight against it. Scratches easily. Customer service: I received this item almost all in tact, except the top piece. Just one of the wooden blocks that is under it was broken and could not be screwed back into place. Amazon did an excellent part on their customer service (won't give details). Also, the manufacturer was great in sending us a replacement for the top piece. It did take almost another week to come in, but it came in extra wrapped! So, it worked out before the baby came. Overall I would recommend the product for the parents who may have had a child before, and know that these dressers are small, and usually kids get their bedroom sets down the line. The price and quality match, and it's been working great for us. I would purchase this again, if I had to for some reason, or for someone else. ... show more

All pieces came. Pretty straight forward putting it together. But as you can see in multiple places the “wood” is damaged.. If it wasn’t for this being for my two toddler boys I think I would have returned it. But seeing as the drawers themselves are pretty sturdy I think at least it can handle my boisterous boys jumping around and being toddlers with it. ... show more
