ive never recieved a broken or damaged glass part from these guys, an ive bought quite a few different lil glass thing in my endeavor to piece meal together different distilling apparatuses. these guys def know what they're doing, in my opinion. it comes packaged nice an safely. i can't see it getting damaged in normal everyday delivery situations. an the glass its self doesn't feel cheap or thin or flimsy at all, it dope an its worth every penny so far. i love watching it fill up with the coolant, i feel like a real scientist lol. ... show more

I use this condenser for reduced pressure distillation. I received this is great condition: there were no cracks, scratches, or damages. It functions exactly as I would expect from my past experiences in academia.

I received it in broken condition. Then they sent me a replacement, which was also broken. Unlike other coil condensers, this one does not appear to have been manufactured in such as way so as to stabilize the inside coil (which makes it much more fragile). If you want a broken coil condenser, I highly recommend this one. Otherwise, I recommend you look elsewhere. ... show more

Another astounding piece at an astounding price from StonyLab. My professional colleagues are buying things like this for over ten times the price and on a lead time of over a year from big-name scientific lab suppliers, but I got this for pocket change and practically overnight. The level of precision might be a little bit lower, especially for the ground glass joints, but it's all more than adequate for my needs.
