Parts missing, holes not drilled where necessary, poor quality table top. After over an hour of assembly of the seats I realized the floor protectors were useless as the assembly bolts were in direct contact with the floor without any weight on the seat. I then proceeded to turn over the table top to assemble it and there were no holes drilled to accept the provided bolts. The package was over 70# and although they offered replacement parts, I really didn't want them due to the poor quality. I was told I could return it at my expense. Escalated the issues with Amazon and it was settled with an A-Z claim. Felt terrible putting it in a dumpster but that's where it belongs. ... show more

    • Table top did not have holes drill for assemby
This was a huge disappointment. The package is heavy to move and difficult to unpack, only to find out the holes were not drilled in the underside of the tabletop for it to be assembled. I had to pack it back up and get someone to come and get it because it's too heavy for me to lift. The return is a nightmare. ... show more

Things seemed to be going great until it came time to finish putting the base on the table and realized that they did not line up where the legs go correctly. I was able to fix it with a drill & wood screw but at this price for a table in a children's bedroom, I shouldn't have to.
