  • Awesome gaming dac!
Style: GameDAC Xbox
I use this with my corsair gaming PC, and it's flawless in conjunction to the sonar app. Sounds great every which way I'm looking for when playing competitive first person shooters has all the selective profiles for the games that you want to play and even has a FPS footsteps and with my Sennheiser HD 560s it's basically like sound whoring I guess LOL. But in any case I know everything else in life is very subjective to each their own but for me this works for what I wanted to do highly recommend:-). ... show more

  • Good tuning options
Style: GameDAC PC | PlayStation
Lots of good presets after updating. Not enough power to push some of the better headsets. I would recommend buying the steelseries nova pro wired and dac combo if you like this, they seemed to work well together

  • Meh - Faulty Unit? Or are all of them the same? We'll find out.
Style: GameDAC Xbox
Bought to get sound from everything sitting in my office setup, including an Xbox. That part works well. However, volume knob doesn't control Line Out volume... So if you have speakers hooked up, they're pegged at LOUD and also has the added benefit of disabling the volume control of the speaker. Only works on headset I/O port. Faulty? Don't know because the manual is garbage. Going to order another to find out. Will update after testing. Updated March 7, 2024. Yep - These units do not work as advertised. Received the replacement, brand new unit, updated firmware, same issue. The volume knob does not control volume levels on the Line Out port. So if you're using these for anything other than a headset, they are trash. ... show more

  • Great little DAC
Style: GameDAC Xbox
Main use is connecting headphones to a Zidoo Z9X using USB audio for movie watching. Sounds great. Like the built in preset EQ you can toggle through. Sounds good on Xbox and PS5 as well. If you have multiple systems get this (the Xbox) version, you can use it on Xbox, PC, and PS5. The PS5/PC only version will not work on Xbox. ... show more

  • Works great with Linux.
Style: GameDAC PC | PlayStation
It shows up as a digital and an analog output source in the Sound Settings. Shows up as "Arctis Nova Pro" audio interfaces. You can switch between 2 USB inputs. Very convenient!

  • High quality DAC
Style: GameDAC Xbox
I've had this DAC for a few months now and I have to say it's a very nice DAC. Its easy to learn the interface and change settings and I believe it has a ground loop isolator built right in so you get none of that annoying buzzing hum from other devices plugged into it.

  • Overpriced incredibly lazy
Style: GameDAC Xbox
I have the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless. I'm absolutely SHOCKED that you couldn't figure out how to add in the connection for wireless. Slap on a few higher end codecs like LDAC, maybe some aptX and upgrade everyone. Why wouldn't your the most expensive and highly reviewed headset be compatible? For that price and what it gives you, it's terrible and honestly quite lazy. ... show more

  • It makes you hear higher frequencies...that's it
Style: GameDAC PC | PlayStation
I say not worth it. Why? This has no base station functions, so if you have wireless - you'd have to switch to 'wired' connection and connect your wireless headset with a jack to this thing. No battery charger, no wireless support (this is no base station)...so this is very annoying, basically you have to have base station AND this if you want wireless, but wireless does not have better frequencies... vicious circle. Think before buying!!! ... show more
