I bought mine back in April 2021. Have been using as a daily bag for years now and it's STILL holding up. I can fit my laptop (14in.), charger, and some other small items in it all at the same time. Though usually I just carry essentials - phone, wallet, keys, sanitary items, etc. I made my own insert (this was before they started selling it with one) and absolutely love when people ask me about my pins when I'm out and about. Since it's been a few years, there has been some wear and tear; I'm not exactly gentle with it. So the ears are coming apart and zipper/straps are starting to wear out. But I love this bag so much that I'm definitely just replacing it with another one! It's defitely a must-have if youre an avid pin collector like me. ... show more

Used for a quick ita bag for con. Great capacity, held all my stuff with room for a lot more. I didn't bring it but it could even fit my Ipad. Insert is pretty good for pins and stuff. I love this bag so much, it's my main purse. I will say the straps don't hold more than a few months having a lot of heavy stuff in your bag, but I'm stubborn an have fixed it. If you don't carry a lot of stuff and want to show off your pins. It has a large panel for display.

I have owned this bag over over a year and use it often, haven't had any issues. The durability is pretty good for a cheaper ita bag so it is worth the price. It is definitely comfortable and good for a first time ita bag. I can fit a good amount of stuff in the window and hang things outside the bag. I try to not add a lot of heavy item inside the bag just in case but the straps are still secure. Only downside is that the inside lining is thin so pin backs can poke through and stab your hand inside the bag if you are not careful. ... show more

I purchased a messenger bag a year ago, and was instantly frustrated getting the pins in as I had to pin it into the center of the bag....and thus run the risk of scratching my hand on the pin backs, or even knocking them off. This bag has an insert...which is totally awesome!!! It is so much better to be able to pull the insert, place all my pins exactly where I want them to be, and then put the insert back in and know that my pins, pin backs, and my hands are all safe. The bag itself is pretty well made and the straps are quite well attached. It is comfortable to wear, and holds a decent amount. It is big enough to fit my iPad in and still have room for my wallet, small make-up back and even a small needlework project, and my kindle. The pins add a bit of weight, but even with all my stuff and the pins, the bag is comfortable to wear, even for long times spent out shopping, at the fair, or just for long walks. Heres the positives first! I adore the design and for my first official ita bag its really not a bad price for the size. I don't carry a whole lot of things and everything I need for school can be carried in hand or left in my locker. The bag didn't come with a trashed display window and was shipped in two separate bags that protected it and in a box. The price wasn't too shabby either but honestly it was the design that finalized my decision, not price, because who doesn't like cats? HOWEVER. I read the reviews on this bag and knew what I'd have to prepare for; ripping zipper seams and the clear window cutout problems, not to mention the handle of the bag ripping as well. So here are the typical problems that I encountered that can be echoed in other reviews and solutions I remedied in advance: Problem: Theres no proper pocket to attach the pins and the thin material between the bag and the display window could easily be ripped through if you have some solid quality pins hanging off of it. My solution: I traced out a cardboard cutout from the box it came in and used it as an insert for the display window. I threw an old fitted tank top over the cutout and voila, a cheapy pinboard insert that can be replaced with new cardboard and different shirts or fabrics that required no fabric glue Problem: The plastic window cutout for the display has no seam over it to protect it from damage or cutting my hand Solution: going to add a seam over it in the form of either embroidering one or adding a strip of thick fabric or canvas. This is just an idea but I haven't implemented it yet, will update with pictures if I do. Thankfully, my bag came without scratches on the plastic display window so I don't have to replace it just yet, so there's that. A few issues I had were that the ears and handle of the bag seemed to be sewn on way too low on the back of the bag. The ears barely stick out over the top of the bag, unlike the picture and I'm disappointed at that since it was one of the main factors that lead me to buying this particular bag. I also got the bag with a few of the zipper pins bent but I easily remedied that by just bending them back in place. Overall, I feel like a 3/5 is fair given the price and quality of the bag. I'll update my review if it stands up to daily use or rips like what a lot of other people have said. The Berlioz and Zero pins featured in the bag display as an example are from a seller called SpaceMouseShop on etsy and instagram! ... show more
