There's nothing worse than accidentally hitting some metal-on-metal getting in to or sitting in the tree stand. I used this to wrap the rails of my Summit climber, my bow release, and whatever pieces that might get you in trouble if it hits something. This stuff sticks very well, is easy cut and shape for smaller grooves and angles. It's sort of a cloth-like material but doesn't affect your grip on anything. This is the best stuff for silencing metal. Other products just add a camo pattern. They feel more like the cheap gauze but do nothing to muffle the sound of metal on metal. I aunt with a saddle platform and four sticks and I covered most of it and it quieted it right down. I also put it on my rangefinder magnet. Quality stuff. Worth the money ... show more
