This Osmo Pocket, Action Cam or other similar video devices suction mount is superb. Great suction that will hold HARD on windows, mirrors, and flat smooth surfaces like car skin. The connection to the Pocket is secure and uses Go-Pro type connections. We have used it for reverse dashcam filming as well as mounting outside a side window for filming while driving as fast as 70MPH without issue. Easy to place and remove, the design, manufacture and performance is excellent. We will buy another one to use with two cams as well. This is a FIVE STAR product for us and we give it an honest and hearty recommendation.     • Dropped my Osmo in a machine coolant tray
Bought this mount specifically to use with some of our machinery for demos and videos. Worked fine for the first set, thought it was going great, stayed on for about an hour before I took it off to change memory cards/battery. Put it back on and 10 minutes into the next video the suction released and dropped my Osmo Pocket into the machines coolant tray mid-cycle. Was able to fish it out and it will be in rice overnight, hopefully not ruined. Not a whole lot of trust left in this device at this point. Very disappointed. ... show more

The mount is perfect. I am using on my boat, riding and jumping wakes to make videos with my Osmo Pocket and it fits perfectly. The cam keeps tightly attached to the mount and the suction power works very well. Definitely is a must-have accessory for Osmo Pocket

    • Does not tighten easily, and comes loose.
The suction works well enough, but you really have to tighten the knobs quite hard, I'm pretty sure that I will break the knobs off soon enough. Although, I was looking for an inexpensive option, and for the price it was okay. I know now to purchase a higher quality item.

I intended to use this to hold my Blink camera on a wooden bookcase (a use not covered in the documentation). I quickly discovered that the suction cup would not stick to wood.     • Does not work inside the front car windshield
I had to return it: This DOES NOT work inside a car window. It’s impossible to orient the mount without the DJI OSMO Pocket recording the suction cup mount in front of the camera. Probably works great outside a vehicle but I'm not personally going to risk that. Do not buy this if you plan on using inside your front windshield. ... show more
