My wife and I love this stuff as it keeps our patio furniture looking brand new and in great condition. It's fairly simple to apply, although we don't exactly follow the directions as we use a brush instead of a rag. But it makes it a bit easier to apply when utilizing a brush and the container lasts longer with that method. Lasting longer is great as this is a bit on the pricey side so you want to make sure and stretch it out. We were able to do our small patio table and four chairs with about two bottles of this. We tried using a different brand and it wasn't the same, definitely not as good. Overall this works well but be warned that it could be an expensive project. ... show more

I love Star Brite teak oil for my old boat's platform. If I was diligent the platform would get oiled every year but there's rarely time. Star Brite teak oil makes the 21 year old teak look great, especially when I use it after their step 1 and step 2 cleaning products. I put on 4 coats this year and wouldn't have minded putting on another coat or two but ran out of time. Buy the biggest bottle you think you might need for a year. If you don't use it all, reseal the bottle with plastic wrap or something else to make a tight seal when you screw on the lid so it's good still for next year. ... show more

Pressure wash, two coats of this teak, and clear coat out of a can and the swim platform literally looks brand new. In the past with other teaks it fades almost immediately after it hits the lake two or three times but after 10x it hasn't changed 1%. Great stuff

This is very easy to apply. Table looks good once its treated. I found myself having to sand table down every 6 months as this does not protect it from being weather-beaten. Wood turns purplish color and looks dirty.
