This chair does recline but the locking mechanism does not work. This chair has two handles. The other one seems pointless. And there is no source for more information. The seat hurts for some reason. And the back rest sits a bit far back. Thus limited back support. Lumbar support is not adjustable either. ... show more

Was easy to assemble and came a week sooner than expected. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the tilt handle doesn't work. But where we plan to use this chair we won't lean back in it anyway. It is still a comfortable chair and it rolls good.

Chair has a lot of parts, but is easily assembled. A quality chair with great lumbar support--without a huge price tag. Great value for the money. Delivery was promised 5-10 days out, but we received the chairs the next day! Love it!

    • Seat height gets stuck and seat faux leather sheds even with normal, gentle use.
ok chair but has two major issues - one cosmetic and one fatal... Cosmetic: The faux leather is super fragile. Just few months of gently using - wearing jeans in my home office - the coating on the seat is coming off with flecks of back plastic all over my pants and floor under the chair. Fatal flaw: The gas tube that allow for height adjustment gets stuck so unlike the specs which allow for max seat height of 23 inches, my chair is stuck at 18. Had to give the chair to a neighbor’s kid since it works for her height. Would spend a little more and buy a better chair. ... show more

We've been buying these chairs for years through staplesadvantage.com. I've recently realized that you can get them cheaper occasionally through Amazon. They are a good basic office task chair. I'll continue buying.
