I like the size of the cup so I always have water to drink while at work. I also like that it fits in my cup holder in the car. I don’t always put ice in it, but when I do, it’s stays cold through my work day. I can’t say that it lives up to the hours stated in the description though. It is not leak proof because there is a hole where the straw goes, so if you tilt it, it will leak. See photo. For the person who said it is for left handed people only - this is not true. It depends on where you start to twist the top onto the cup. Start it on the backend with the handle to your right and twist it on and the handle will be set for your right hand. Love the grapefruit color. They are also fairly heavy when filled with ice and water. They are a bit pricey for what they are, but I don’t regret buying it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 40oz and fits in the cup holder, what more could you ask for!? The top has a swivel, so you can sip from the cup or a straw. It does come with a hard plastic straw which I did not like, so for a while I sipped from the cup, but turning up 40oz is a bit much, so I ordered the silicone straw you see in the video from Amazon (purifyou brand), and that made it perfect. I love this neutral color, the sturdy handle, and the fact that it fits in my cars cup holder (VW Jetta). It also keeps my water cold even when I leave it in the 113 degree super hot car for a while. The media could not be loaded. Obviously TT has made the Stanley super popular, but I was interested in it for its size and straw! Ages ago I used to use water bottles with straws, but they were so hard to keep mold out of eventually I switched to Nalgene and didn’t look back for years. What I love about this is it only is insulated, but the 40oz capacity means that I can fill it 3x and have gotten my daily allotment of water! Plus, the straw is a good size and there’s almost no loving parts, which means it’s east to keep clean. I wouldn’t take it out of the house because it’s so big/heavy, but I tote it around the house all day and my skin has never looked better! ... show more

Picture above is three different brand 40oz tumblers. Hydroflast is best for biking, the Raymylo for hiking, and the stanley for everyday use (according to my wife who cleans them). Basically the tumber is good, but there might be better options depending on what you do everyday. I dont like that the lid doesn't hold a seal, can tip it over and spill everything. My wife loves it and uses it daily. I can't really stand it. Also barely fits in some cup consoles, forget about using it in a manual car because it will block the shifter. If they offered a lid with a better seal that also wasn't all plastic with a plastic straw (microplastics are bad.) I would give it 5 stars because it holds drinks cold really well. This is easiest to clean than the rest because it doesn't have a lip. ... show more
