This really should have been 5 stars. The tray itself was perfect. And it was large enough that it could easily support both my keyboard and mouse. It seems very sturdy, the rollers that allow the tray to go in and our worked seamlessly and It was easy to put together! I really thought it was going to be perfect for me. But it didn’t work for my desk! My desk is slim and L shaped and running along the front of it, about 1 1/2 inches back from the edge is a 3/4 inch square metal support bar. That bar is just far enough forward that it doesn’t allow the round piece that screws up from the bottom to lay flat So the tray is unable to attach itself all the way back to allow it to be secure. So I can’t use it and need to return it. I’m not happy about it and when I called to see if that had some attachment or after market thing that could make it work, or a pull out tray with a different design I was told they don’t have many choices and nothing would work. So that it why it is only 3 stars instead of 5. They need to know that not every person works in an office with a big executive desk. This is 2013 and after Covid a lot of us work from home and due to workspace size we need to make different choices about our desk and other things. So they also need to up date the designs to keep up with the times, ... show more

This product was perfect for my situation, which was that I sit to work at an old dining room table that was too high for my keyboard, and no chair rose high enough. I could not drill into a family heirloom to attach a keyboard tray, so I was excited to find one that could be clamped on. It’s easy to arrange, holds tight, and can be affixed at three different heights for the keyboard. Best part is that it actually slips under the table! Be sure to measure carefully your desk or table before buying. My table had a 2” lip underneath and this item scales it perfectly. My only reason for 4 stars is that the tray itself is thin plastic and it sways a little - but not when typing. I highly recommend this item. ... show more

While I generally like the design, the way it attaches and the ability to adjust between 3 heights, I was surprised by the plastic nature of the tray. The brackets holding the tray feel rock solid but I'm worried about the tray cracking with extended use. If that happens I'll be sure to report back. I do like the adjustable height and the fact that my vertical mouse can stay on the tray when I push it in for the day. I wasn't able to do that with the tray that was built in on the desk I'm replacing. ... show more

I'm liking it. The tray fits great even under the control panel on my standup desk. At both the middle and the lowest positions, there's enough clearance for a tall-ish mouse (2.8 inches high Logitech Ergo Lift) and arched keyboard (1.9 inches high Logitech Ergo K860). At the highest position, a flat keyboard or graphics tablet fits well. Take a moment to attach the two clamps evenly, and the tray will slide alright, but if using one hand, the tray does shift a bit unless you push from near the middle. You can push more carelessly when using two hands. If you're accustomed to getting up quickly and shoving your super-solid built-in keyboard tray with one hand and don't want to change, then this attachment could be frustrating for you. Took about five minutes to assemble, no personal tools required. Photos show the tray at it's lowest position. ... show more

Purchased this for my sit/standing hybrid desk build. It worked great for a couple of years then the plastic tray that holds the keyboard and mouse developed a crack in the middle, causing bowing or sagging. Presumably, this is a result of the weight of resting my wrists on the wrist rest of my ergonomic keyboard while typing. I tried to fix this by taping over the crack with Gaffers tape and reinforcing the length of it with several layers but the sagging back after a week. Im now back on Amazon looking for a version of this with a thicker and sturdier tray. Maybe in wood or metal instead of thin plastic. ... show more
