These are four surprisingly hard to find security torx screws. I got these because the garbage-tier screws the dealer uses rust quickly, and stolen license plates would be annoying. They worked well on one of my cars, but were too short for the other. I also would have liked it if they included washers. ... show more

I wasn't able to use these bolts because the threads were completely different than the ones on my car so the bolts wouldn't screw in. Also the metal was so soft that they started to strip when trying to use the tool that comes with them.

    • These worked great on our two vehicles. They seem well made and no rust yet!
Installed on our Grand Caravan and Civic. They went on easy, and fit fine in the existing holes, even though they weren't technically the right size for one of the vehicles. I certainly feel more secure with these on there, after hearing a few stories of plates being stolen. And it's really cheap for the added peace of mind! ... show more
