The 12 item count is a bit of a stretch. If you count all six of the little flag pieces on the top garland as a individual items then it has 12 (so if you're planning to display them all separately then that's accurate). If you are planning to have the garland as a single item then there are really only 7 items. That being said, you do get quite a few for the price. The larger wood pieces appear to be of 1/2in MDF with the design printed on one side (the blank brown in my picture is how all the backs look). The small flag pieces and pot of gold strand are on 1/4in MDF. This is definitely adequate for the job - they are sturdy and shouldn't suffer any real damage or wear as normal decorations (and should stand up to quite a few knock-overs without issue). The only place where you'd be worried is if you have kids or pets knocking things to a hard floor from high locations, as the edges may chip. This will happen with any decoration though. The printing quality looks good. It's not obviously pixelated or fuzzy (as you can see in the pictures). The leprechaun/gnome seems to be well-made. His outfit, beard, and clothes appear to be well sewn and firmly affixed. There is some weighting inside on the bottom, so it'll stay upright more easily. All in all this is a good set to spread some St Patricks cheer around your house. Love the variety of decorations in one set. We got this for the receptionist in our office. All the little objects are good quality and add a great pop of green color for her desk. They do a good job standing up, but there a couple of the taller wood signs that are little top heavy. When they get bumped, they fall over a little easier.     • Adorable but a little big for the tiered tray
This St Patty set is just adorable as expected. It will go great on the tiered tray I have but the leprechaun is a tad too big to look right on a two tiered 10 and 6 inch tray. He is weighted so that makes it perfect to set him right along on the side. Unlike other sets I have ordered this one did come in a box to keep for storage but instead a plastic bag that had broken open during shipping. The set was shipped with multiple other items so it was inside of a bigger box so no damage but also good to know so you keep a small box for storage. If the tiered tray is your plan as well pay close attention to the distance between the one tray and the height of the next. Be sure that the signs do not stand too tall as they are just a bit bigger than most I have used in the past. This will not matter if it is for table decor or a decorative shelf, which would look so adorable. They are all wooden and the paint is perfect without any small imperfections. I spread these wooden St. Patrick’s Day decorations around my living room and kitchen rather than using them all together on a tray. The four signs are thick enough to stand up on their own, and they look great on a bookshelf or windowsill. The print and paint quality are excellent. The printed part is only on the front side. They have no chips or flaws. The gnome is cute and well made. There are twelve pieces, but not twelve decorations. I consider the six flags as part of one decoration, so there are only seven decorations. I still think this seven-piece set is a great value. ... show more

This set of St. Patrick’s decor is a pretty good deal. You get so many pieces in the kit perfect to decorate for the holiday. The mini banner wasn’t assembled which was kind of a bummer. When assembling the mini banner the twine frayed easily. Everything else in the kit I couldn’t be happier with theyre made well and adorable.
