I have had multiple car accidents so my neck and shoulders are in rough shape. I bought this to help me recover when I go to the gym. I wrap or drape it around the areas that I know will cause me trouble. I either haven’t been pushing myself very hard or this is having an effect because I do not experience the stiffness I typically do the following day if I use it. The leds seem to be powerful enough to have a therapeutic benefit and I appreciate the versatility of having them in a wrap form. Would recommend if you’re stiff and out of shape like me.

I bought this for my husband and I to use for our joint pain. I wanted something that would cover many areas of our bodies. It fits both of us. We have been using it for awhile now and it seems to be helping. It is super easy to use. Just plug it in, put on sore area and turn on.

This thing really dose help back pain and up until a few years ago this type of medical device wasn't affordable for individuals I highly recommend this if you have back pain or other aches

Red light therapy doesn't ever seem to make any difference for us. Following the guidelines, even exceeding them, and we just don't see a benefit. No change in comfort, pain, nothing. Back, knees, ankle. Doesn't make anything feel better. The retail price on this is ridiculous. You can get RLT devices for a fraction of this cost, that are similar size and coverage area. This is decently built, and if you are someone that RLT has helped in the past, this may suit you. But get it on sale, not for the retail price.
