I'll admit it - I'm a bit of a cheapskate, and I've tried my fair share of dollar store alternatives. But when it comes to cleaning my floors, I need something that actually works. That's why I'm happy to report that these Spray Mop Pad Refills for Swiffer WetJet Mop are a significant upgrade from the dollar store versions I previously purchased. Pros: Thicker and more absorbent: These pads are noticeably thicker and more absorbent than the dollar store ones, making them better at picking up dirt and grime. Better cleaning performance: The pads do a great job of cleaning my floors, leaving them streak-free and clean. Fits my Swiffer WetJet Mop perfectly: The pads are designed specifically for the Swiffer WetJet Mop, so they fit perfectly and stay in place while cleaning. Good value: While they're not the cheapest option, I think the quality and performance justify the slightly higher price. Cons: Not the cheapest option: As mentioned, these pads are a bit pricier than the dollar store versions. These replacement pads come vacuum sealed and compact. Once opened, I noticed the pads are a bit thinner than the name-brand replacement pads. They work fine - velcro strip keeps them in place and seem to last as long as the original pad. However, they are more expensive than the name brand. My search today (8/2/24) showed a 24-pack of the name brand for $2 less than this 20-pack. They work fine, but why pay more to switch? ... show more

    • Off-brand replacement pads for Swiffer style mop - but yet more expensive?
So, these work great. They are a little thinner. This didn't seem to stop them from doing the entire floor area that I normally do with the name brand Swiffer refills. They stick fine; actually, they may stick just a little bitter than my name brand Swiffer refills. They are also a little less floppy, maybe because they are a bit thinner? I also appreciated the packaging, which was vacuum sealed so it was more compact for delivery. Overall, I like these and they performed well, but the problem is they are actually more expensive than the name brand version. Do they work a little better or are they somehow better than the originals enough to warrant the price increase? I don't think they are enough better to warrant the price increase but I am giving 4 stars because they do work well - they stick to the mop and they hold a surprising amount of dirt and liquid given they are less thick. ... show more

These replacement Swiffer WetJet mop pads come tightly sealed in plastic shrink wrap. Once you get through the shrink wrap, they don't quite look or feel like the pads from Swiffer. They're rougher, not as soft or padded feeling, and the velcro strip on the back isn't nearly as grippy. I tried them out, and they do seem to pick up some dirt and debris from the floor, but I'm not sure my floors feel that much cleaner than before I started. I want to say that they work fine, but just "fine". I can't tell if they're truly cleaning my floors or not. ... show more

    • Works on my NON- wetjet Swiffer mop

I have a Swiffer mop - but it is not a wetjet mop style. But my mop still has the 2 strips of Velcro to attach these pads. It is not an exact fit on my older version mop - my mop head is longer and a bit wider. These don't line up exactly on my mop version, but stay on enough for me to clean my floors. I can't deduct anything from the product for it not fitting MY version of mop, as I the title and description of the product clearly states it is for a WetJet mop. I actually don't wet my floors all over to clean. I have found that my grout got dirtier from wet cleaning my floors as the water would get into the grout groove. I now mostly dry mop and then just spot clean a spill on the floor. So that is why I do not have a Wetjet style. After spending days of putting grout whitener on all my tiled floors - I never wet mopped again! But this product works for me. The pad is a bit thin - but since it is disposable that is fine, less land waste. The pad is thick enough to cover the floor. Note: I do not get paid for my review. I am not an influencer. I do not have social media accounts on which I post any review. I do not make videos of me using the product. I am just a user, a parent, a grandparent who uses products.
