If you have a heavy wetter, I greatly recommend these. After my child’s diet change and increased fluid intake, he was leaking out every night. Once I added these to his overnight diaper, his leaks were significantly reduced. (For reference: one night he leaked out, prior to having these, his diaper had 11 oz of urine…not including the leaked liquid. Upon purchasing, I missed the whole “adhesive free” part. And with a squirmy 15 month old getting these to stay in place while putting on the diaper was NOT a fun addition to the bedtime routine. Overall, soft, absorbent, and decent diaper pads. Just cannot imagine I will ever purchase this version again. I’ve been able to readjust the adhesive ones just fine, but to each their own.
