I didn't see the "football" label for these or I would have likely ordered a different set. I'm not a fan of the sport and would rather not have it emblazoned upon my head in huge lettering. The thinner option is much too big for my head. The "lined" version fits snugger. Despite the cosmetic issues and slackness in one of them, they are perfectly serviceable. Soft, made well and comfortable to wear. It's easy to put on and breathable. It's easy to pull on and light. Has good stretch and feels nice on.
