She offered me the next size up, which was backordered but she said they’d be available 2 weeks later. I patiently waited to see if they’d fit even though the chance of going to snow again thi
s year is zilch. So a month went by and no pants. I figured they forgot or whatever until I go to my mailbox one day and pull out a big fluffy package, opened it up and here are the pants, yay! Tried them on and though I could button them this time, the thighs are like bear hugs. Walking around in the snow might not be too bad but sitting in the car to drive to a local resort would probably be difficult in these pants. I stand by my original assessment to order 2 sizes larger than your size. I’ll chalk it up to thick, warm, insulation in the pants making it a little tighter than expected. I needed snow pants to go for our very first trip to the snow. These looked cute enough and were reasonably priced so I gave them a go. By the size chart I should be an XL (the size I bought) but after struggling to pull them up I felt trapped and I couldn’t even pull them closed to attempt to button them if I wanted to! This isn’t like, “oops, I must have gained 5 pounds and need the next size up”, this is easily 2-3 times SMALLER than the size chart lends you to believe. Now I can’t play in the snow with my kids because I have no pants to wear since the sizing on these is ridiculously off!

Great product for the price

I am 5’4” and 140lbs I ordered a medium as that is my typical size for snow pants. I read all reviews and so many people state that they are to small and to size up however you can’t buy snow pants by your jean size as many people tend to like their jeans tight. I was very amazed when these arrived a
nd I had plenty of room for weight fluctuating. I honestly could have gone with a small and they would have still fit. But I am happy with the medium that I purchased. So when ordering just keep in mind that if you wear a medium in jeans and they are snug….. don’t order a medium in snow pants. These are great for the price and pretty warm in New England winter weather.

Personally the pair I ordered were too big, because I read the reviews and ordered a size up! I’m 5’5. 170lbs. I often wear a size large. I got xL, I should have got L. They were fine, but I didn’t end up skiing, as my daughter could not get lessons so I just spent 3 days playing in the snow with her

Not for women with a butt and hips

I took my actual measurements before ordering and these pants fit like they were 2 sizes too small. I couldn't even zip them up with the expandable tabs completely unattached. Holding the waist closed as much as possible, they still had a hugh gap in the back, so the material length is there, but it'

I got a medium and I am 5'1 and weigh 135 lbs. At first I thought they would be way too long, however, with my ski boots on, the length was just right! It is possible to roll them up at the bottom and hold it with the button snap. It was -7 and I stayed warm, so I give them 5 stars!

Good quality material. In yoga or sweat pants I would wear a large. I am 5'7 about 177lbs. This pants I ordered a xl but it fit just right. It would have been too small in a large I believe.

Seems like great quality for price!

I haven’t actually used them in the snow yet, but wanted to give feedback on the fit. I am 5’6” and 147 pounds. I usually wear a size 8 pants and got the medium. With spandex pants under They fit just right…. The large would have been too big for sure.
