Very good bat for hard tennis ball with a beautiful sweet spot. Though it feels just a little too heavy for tennis ball cricket, it seems to be perfect for hard tennis ball where a lighter bat wouldn’t have enough meat. This SPORTAXIS Kashmir willow cricket bat is incredible! First of all, it comes packed with a nice carrying case. The bat itself in gameplay is really reliable. The bat is lightweight which makes it easy to run with. When it faces an impact, it doesn’t take any big damage. This bat is the perfect size for most people as well. The rubber textured grip makes it easy to use and hold on to. It has a nice, sporty design. This bat is great for small casual/competitive cricket games.     • Good beginner to intermediate bat!
Got to be honest that I haven't played cricket in probably 45 years, but I've always threatened to teach the grandchildren to play and got this bat in preparation for taking that threat to the next level. From what I remember modest bats while I was coming up, this one isn't too bad at all. Of course, things have changed somewhat from back in the day - all the graphics on bats back then (even cheap ones!) were silk screened while this one has decals, which I'm not terribly fond of. But the bat feels like it's a pretty good weight, has decent balance, and the construction looks better than average. I think it's a great bat for beginners to intermediates, and certainly more than good enough for a backyard test match featuring a group of pre-teen and teenage Americans who have never played before! ... show more
