I ordered this for my beanie baby costume and right out of the package it looks like road kill. I spent a few hours brushing the fur and trimming it up so it looked fluffy instead of tangled. Overall cute just takes a bit of effort

I saw many reviews that said you might want to size up but in my case it fits almost perfect! Just a little bit big for me but a large would have been a little too small. I’m 5’2 so it was a little bit long on me. I think this bat costume is absolutely adorable and the ears on the hooded part is too cute! The bat wings aren’t attached to the dress part, just the arms, so it’s more like a cape. When you move your arms (more like your wings) the dress won’t move up and down! My daughter is 5 6” and the costume fits quite well. Kind of like a coat material wise and quite warm. Just so you know the wings are not fully attached to the costume so they are kind of attached like a cape with the hood attached and the wings like a cape attached to the hood.     • It’s not a bad costume but not great in my opinion
It’s doable. I wore it for a Halloween party and tried to do good make up to highlight my costume more. It’s is made well but the fabric felt heavy and kept me a little too warm. Would be better for somewhere with a cold climate. I’m in California. The bat ears hood is pretty big and so I used bobby pins to keep it up otherwise it literally cones down and kinda hides your eyes. Just a little underwhelmed by the actual product. For some reason, I thought a bodysuit would be attached; there wasn’t. No problem. I could adapt. The zipper broke/ came off the thread on the first zip and then got stuck. It was an inexpensive purchase, so I got what I paid for If the zipper worked, I could’ve had more fun with it ... show more

It's soft and very warm, I like the zipper right down the front seems like a good quality zipper. Not that exciting but cute enough I will probably wear it again next year.
