This is a great dress up costume. Our son loves it. It’s pretty well made. The accessories are a fun touch and it’s nice that the hat is adjustable. I think it will grow with him for a couple years! He is a 2T now so it is a little big- we got the 3T size so he would have room to grow. My only complaint is that ours came dirty. Someone must have returned it? The knees have mud and dirt on them and the sleeves are also dirty with mud. Not sure who would return a dirty, worn costume but it looks like it came to us next! My son was so tentative about really wearing this until he got to see some real firefighter gear and saw how similar they were, including the thumb holes on the coat! I like how lightweight it is so you can wear it indoors or layer underneath for outdoors. His yellow rain boots looks perfect with it, and I know his snow boots would too if needed (we live in Michigan so it can be really nice or awful and snowy on Halloween). He’s a solid 2T, and the 3T size meant I had to hold over the waistband and get the boots inside the pants to keep all that on. I also folded up the sleeves of the jacket if he didn’t want to use the thumb holes, but the elastic everywhere meant I could. We got a badge from the real firefighters in town at a Halloween carnival that also really made the costume look even more authentic. Everyone he saw absolutely loved it! ... show more

They don’t just wear it for Halloween, they dress up in it a lot. It’s not cheap but it’s also not that light weight cheap stuff they make knock off ties in china with.
