I purchased the G 8600 along with the UV30 and IR supplement lighting... Within 9 months, My driver started to fail at full powor on the G 8600... I did contact spider farmer and they were very quick and a pleasure to deal with... They sent me that new driver and interrupt and it arrived so fast I was shocked... But that's not the best part of the whole story... I have had the biggest yield ever running this light absolutely amazing... I had oceans of buds and if you think I'm kidding I would be happy to supply you a photograph... This light combination is absolutely stunning... Even with the issue that I ran into I actually went in purchased another G 8600 light along with all of it's supplemental UV30 and IR lights... You want to bring your grow into the next level indoors? You would be a fool not to purchase this light... 100 times worth the purchase.... Oliva is a spider farmer rep. and is a charm to deal with and she gets it done... ... show more

This light replaces my aerolight. I finally no longer have to deal with the cheap quality of the green sun company anymore, since this last piece of equipment to upgrade/replace. I went with Bridgelux diodes, I avoid Samsung these days, I find they no longer have the quality they were known for.     • False advertising and extremely poor customer service.

Customer service response was horrible, with no phone number to call and they don’t have 24/7 service as advertised either. It’s been over a week now trying to get resolution about not being able to mount the driver outside the tent because they didn’t include an extension cable or provide a driver or light bar with a longer cord. But they only respond by email once a day or every other day at most and the people responding don’t know how their products work. They now tell me they no longer include a long cable to allow mounting the driver outside the tent, but it is still advertised as having it. There is way too much heat generated by the driver being mounted on the lights, which is why they are typically mounted elsewhere. This light is being returned and I’ll probably be spending the extra dollars for AC Infinity lights. ... show more
