I bought this to use in a router sled, and it’s held up nicely. First project was a very large cherrywood slab covered in hardened resin. Went through it smooth for the first 40 minutes of near continual use. Once it started to feel slightly choppy, I just rotated the blades with the hex tool included, and it was good to go again. Slightly costly bit, but it feels worth it now that I’ve used it. If anything changes I’ll update this review. ... show more

Spoilboard bits are iffy at best some times especially if you are not going with one of the top brands. Well surprisingly this is spot on. I use it in a slab mill and nearly 0 sanding needed after the final pass. Keep your speeds down and rotate the carbide often for the best results. DO NOT do climb cuts greater than 25% or it will run from you. ... show more

Just got finished surfacing a42x46 mdf on my cnc router. 15,000 rpm at 160 ipm. Smooth as silk now. Not sure when I'll have to use it again so longevity, I can't speak about just yet 😜
