The straw tastes metallic and even after soaking it in baking soda and water. The ice water was only cold for a couple of hours. I had Pioneer Woman insulated cups and they do not sweat, and keep ice water cold for 12 hours or more. They are very expensive, but you get what you pay for. Cannot wash these in the dishwasher. The bottom has a piece of foam on it secured by glue and once this comes off, it exposes a hole whereby water fills up inside. Also, the rim is very sharp thus if you decide to use this as a glass, beware my daughter cut her lip on one of the cups. Would not recommend even if it were free. ... show more

The product arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the seal on the bottom had a slow leak, making the cup unusable. The straw isn’t great quality either. There is a seam down the entire straw.
