Was previously apprehensive about spending thirty bucks for a chest strap but finally dropped the cash and happy I did. The soundbrenner is an amazing tool but for some occasions the included straps for arm or thigh aren’t as effective(drums). This strap solves those issues as I was hoping, giving me a comfortable and useful metronome when tracking percussion, keys and even guitar. Seems to allow me to feel/assume the tempo easier when compressed against my chest. The strap itself is made out of solid materials as well so I consider this an essential accessory now ... show more

    • just what I needed.
I'm a big guy, so the wrist strap doesn't work, and the wee bit longer strap is too loose on my forearm, but this works great diagonally across my chest. Well constructed, and will probably last me a long time.

    • A Necessity for Drummers!
I bought this for my son. He is a drummer and was not able to wear the Soundbrenner Pulse effectively around his wrist. I purchased this as an afterthought and he Loves it. It really allows him to use the item effectively.

Would not recommend for players intending to use this around the leg, especially if you're thin. Even at it's smallest adjustment it was nearly twice as wide as my thigh.

I bought the Soundbanner for my uncle who is a drummer, and he loves it. He said it takes some getting used to but definitely enjoys the accuracy and how comfortable it is.
