I love everything about this set. The necklace was broken when it arrived, customer service is awesome. They were quick and very reasonable, p polite and generous. They corrected the problem and sent a new one. As to the crystals, they are beautiful. The only thing I would say was a downfall was that it did not contain a booklet or instructions as to identify each crystal or how to use the pyramid energy grid correctly.
