Usually dealing with customer service for any reason is a nightmare. My son LOVES this truck and really tests its durability. Well, the pedal switch stopped operating properly. I contracted the seller and inquired if we could get a replacement and I sent pictures. They said yes no problem and it arrived 2 days later! No long waits, no transfers, no arguing, just a simple message and they were super pleasant! Absolutely do not waste your money another power wheels or other similar 24v car! This thing does not play around. Very easy too assemble, looks hott! Battery is game changer as we get 2 1/2 hours of nonstop use. Boys love it

Bought this for our son’s birthday & we received a defective item that was abruptly stopping any time you turned the vehicle. Very dangerous. Went to amazon and processed a refund the seller wanted me to fix the car myself with a peice they would send. I said no I want a refund it’s defective or even an exchange of the vehicle. They said refund was fine sent me an label and I called Amazon they said I could take it to Kohls no problem I take off work and waste my time and money and kohls tells me they can’t take it. I call Amazon they tell me go to UPS , UPS tells me it’s an UNPAID label that would cost me literally $500 to ship. That’s more than the car cost. Just call your bank to dispute before you go through the headache of wasting your precious time and money.. ... show more

Easy to assemble. has 4 motors one per wheel so has torque to pull the kids up decent grades. Battery life is good but not awesome and takes a long charge cycle to get back out in the yard.

The only thing that kinda irritated me was the 4 shock absorber with spring pic is not very accurate. The front has the spring in the picture but doesn’t really work. The rear looks like it has shock absorber because with enough weight on it the plastic from the motors against the plastic on the body will flex. I have to put most of my weight on it to get it to look as if it has shocks. Guess my point is, it is a very bumpy ride for a three year old and I was hoping for a smoother ride for my son. Still better than Walmart power wheels. Other than that battery life is great and the thing actually moves. I haven’t had issue with the remote connection. Assembly wasn’t too bad, it just requires common sense. In 4x4 mode, the thing can get around almost anywhere. My kid is enjoying it a lot. He loves the fact that he has his own set of keys. Still deserves a five star because of the price and quality. Beats walmart!! ... show more

Why all this did take almost two and a half hours to put together and a whole night for the battery to charge this is one of the best purchases to date for my toddler it allows him to have the drivable car as well as he loves holding the controller and driving himself around with that it allows us to be able to take him on walks in it and when crossing streets all around a blast for parents and children alike 10 out of 10 recommend amazing value does get surprisingly fast sometimes hard to keep up with when going on a walk ... show more
