Purchased this backpack purely for the sonic design that my 5-year-old would love. We are in week 2 of school where he is carrying his lunchbox back and forth to school and the top of the shoulder strap is coming unstitched. A $40 backpack should have more wear and tear than this. Truly disappointed and worse of all my son was crying at the bus stop when we noticed the rip and was so upset that his brand-new backpack was broken. Because I bought this in May to prep for school and we didn't use it until Sept I now can't return the product. Overall dissatisfied on the quality and cost of this product. ... show more
