I ordered these to replace the deteriorating ear pads on my Beats 3.0 Studio headphones. They fit perfectly, just be sure to pay attention to the install the ear pad with the indentation for the charging port on the correct side. This wasn't mentioned in the instructions, but as long as you take off both old ear pads as the first step you'll notice the difference. I was a little confused how to take the old foam off my Beats Studio - because initially the plastic inside cracked and the foam came off without it. I couldn’t get under the edge of the plastic adhered to the headphone with the glue gasket. It’s TIGHT. Be careful when installing not to gouge your headphones, they will come off just be patient and go slow. New replacement pads look exactly the same and are very comfortable. Easy to install and fit 99% seamlessly. Teeny gap on one side but I’m being picky. I’d buy them again, vs having the material flaking off all over the place. ... show more

I had the typical flaking and deterioration of the leather of my ear cups of my Beats Studio 3 headphones. A friend suggested I look into just replacing the cups, and I’m glad I did! This kit was very reasonably priced, and the replacement isn’t very complicated. The kit came with two new ear cups, and a plastic guitar pick type tool to remove the old ones. After trying to use that tool for a bit, I opted to use a butter knife. If you are afraid of scratching your headphones, maybe stick with the tool, it just felt a little too flimsy to do the job for me so that’s why I switched. The ear cups came off with a little effort, and thankfully most of the adhesive/glue with it. I used alcohol wipes to really clean the area and get the residual glue off before working to install the new ear cups. It might be obvious, but be sure to install the one with the notch for the charging port on the proper side. For install, peel the adhesive backing, line up the little nubs that protrude out with the holes on the cups, and adhere them. Prior to putting the cups on, I heated the adhesive with a hair dryer for a little bit to get a better adhesion. After that, the instructions recommend putting them over some books to apply pressure for an overnight if possible. I haven’t tested noise cancelling (I don’t really use that), but overall the cups fit comfortably and definitely made my two year old headphones basically brand new again. The leather and ear cups feel like good quality and have held up to regular use since I installed them. I recommend these! ... show more

I've had my beats for a while now so when my ear pads started peeling (the ones that came with my beats) I was afraid of changing the ear pads for new ones and breaking something by accident. However the tools and guide that was sent with this product proved to be very helpful and effective. I didn't have any issues installing and they haven't come loose or anything since I replaced them. I'm just waiting to see how durable they are. For the moment, they are looking great and I am so happy with my purchase. Will update you guys in the future :) ... show more

i bought these to replace the ear pads of my beats headphones after they fell apart thinking these were the exact same but they're not, they're actually a bit better. softer and more comfortable than the beats ear pads, they are easy to attach and stay on very well. the noise cancelling seems to be about the same as the original pads, but i can't really tell. overall they seem good quality. i just bought a second pair for my other headphones. ... show more
