Initially I was excited to finally able to find a shower valve with the handle on the right side, almost all of them have the handle on the left. Anyway, after unboxing I realized that the water flow is restricted by about 80%. No way I'm installing this and killing my shower head water pressure.

This is a well-made diverter for adding another shower head to your current installation. However, the female end that you might assume screws into the shower arm is actually sized to screw into a hand-held shower hose end. It works perfectly for our setup but I had to revise how it had to be installed to make it work correctly. Looks nice. Simple installation. Problem is that it leaks at the connections. Yes, rubber washers in place and Teflon tape on threads. Primarily, the connection to the water source spins freely after connected. This permits leaks and makes it impossible to position the shower head where you want it.

I wasn't sure about buying stuff like this online but it was very well made. Installed at about 10 minutes with some plumbers tape and a couple wrenches. It matches the other oil rubbed bronze fixtures perfectly. Would highly recommend this

First one was defective, sent back for a replacement. Three months later water is shooting out of this one. I replaced it with a Delta that works perfectly. This is garbage and poorly manufactured.

Like a lot of others said it leaks. Looks like a good valve but it has issues. Took long time to get it and it’s the only one I found that fits my application.
