I bought 2 sets of these earrings!!! Strange!!!! Amazon expects me to review both sets of these earrings at the same time!!! So, one set of these earrings are the 12mm size, and they are small. ~OR~ LOL Maybe I just have fat ears!!! THEY REALLY ARE SMALL!!! The 12mm look more like baby earrings!!! They are ONLY 12mm at the widest part of the loop!!! Maybe knowing that will help someone make the best decision possible for them!!! The 12mm are actually smaller than I thought they were going to be!!! Because of the small size, I probably wouldn't order them again!!! Even tho they are small, I did get them in my ears. It took a bit to get them latched, but THE LORD helped me with them, and I got them finally got them fastened!!! They are comfortable and they look really nice!!! I also bought the 14mm which are bigger than these and some Birthstone studs, as well. I am saving the larger hoops for later!!! The 14mm earrings are enough bigger that I now know that that is the size that I will buy in the future, if needed!!! I have to wear GOLD in my 2nd piercings in my ears and thankfully hoops rarely ever come off!!! I received the earrings today. They looked good. I took them out of the plastic bag that was in the box and one of them looked like it had a greenish black stain of some kind on it. Gold doesn’t tarnish right? So I took the polishing cloth that came with it and rubbed off most of it. Then I added water and got it out. I think it’s gone. But I’m not happy. Even if it didn’t tarnish, what the heck was that? Why is there no quality control? Shouldn’t someone have checked it out before sending it? The prices may be fantastic for gold, but I don’t think I’ll buy from this seller again. If you say your item is solid gold, it better be and it should be perfectly clean and free of questionable dirt/stains or whatever that was. ... show more

I love how dainty and lightweight these are. I bought the 10mm ones first and now have them in my second piercing and the 12mm in my first piercing holes.
