They were interested in making this right for me and I really appreciate it. They gave me a full refund on my purchase. I WILL give them another chance with their products...customer service is very important to me and I am impressed with this company... I ordered 3 other full lace wigs but not from this company. I don't like that the band was made of rubber and is not adjustable. I cut mine out and replaced it with cloth stretchy material. It still fits big and I may have to cut it. Let me first say the braid work is great. Now let’s discuss the construction of the wig itself. It’s a full lace wig, BUT the double lace was very unnecessary and too hard to cut out leaving holes in the first lace. Then the maker dust take into consideration that the people who would be wearing it will have ears, so the whole wig covers your whole head and I mean your whole head. You will have to cut out an area for your ears and the lace will scratch and make that part itchy, and you will have to be extra careful when you’re making that area for your ears and not cut the elastic strap in the back. It was too much work I just threw it away. Not worth the headache ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Let me start out by saying , the seller did a great job with accurate advertising. The wig looks just like the pictures. The wig is very realistic and liight weight. The hair used seems of very good quality and has a soft bouncy texture. However the wig is great for a bigger sized head [meaning you may have a extra row or two on the sides of twist that may not fit your head perimeter] however I just cut it off and it looks just fine. Some may argue the back / middle part seems a bit spacey in the parting but I think it still gives an realistic parted look for the twist I would just highly recommend tinting your lace to your personal color to create a real scalp effect since this is a full lace wig :) ... show more

Made very soft & breathable & well put together no unraveling. Too many braids in the top of the head, meaning parts not wide enough combs for to hold to head are too small for all that hair and black strap not big or adjustable. I like how the braids were braided all the way to the very end so you won't have to worry about these coming undone or anything. It's also very light.
