I’m currently in grad school so about 3-4 days per week I have to spend all day at my desk studying. I wanted to try a standing desk but wasn’t sure if I’d like it so I wasn’t ready to splurge on a fancy electric one. This was a great option for me! The price fits the product. This was relatively easy to assemble for someone who isn’t super handy, came with all pieces and in good condition. It’s small for a desk too but I don’t need a ton of space anyway, just enough for a monitor, laptop, some notes, a coffee, and my cat. It isn’t the most sturdy desk but it also isn’t so shaky that it bothers me. I can type and write comfortably. It can be arranged into multiple levels which I’m excited to try! I’m also looking forward to getting a treadmill for underneath! All in all, for less than $100 this is a great standing desk option! Just make sure you’re okay with the size as the total surface may be small for some people’s needs. ... show more

This desk is priced right for what you get. It’s perfect for sitting on one side and wide enough to go around my treadmill on the high side. The only issue is that the two desks are off by a few inches, so it looks really stupid if I were to leave them at the same height. It isn’t noticeable at different heights. It’s pretty easy to assemble, but the edges are really sharp, so I’ll need to get additional padding around that. Overall it’s perfectly functional for what I needed it for. I desperately needed a standing desk as I was tired of spending my life sitting at my computer day and night. Unfortunately this did not do the trick. I have a few complaints about this item: 1. The desks do not stay up, as they only have knobs that you tight to keep them in place. 2. The assembly instructions assume you will mouse with your left hand. Annoying that it didn't say that. 3. Nearly impossible to adjust it to be level. 4. Do not even think of leaning your elbow or wrist on the keyboard or lower desk; it will push it down as the mechanism holding it "up" is weak. 5. The worst thing is, of course at some point in the day you want to sit down. There's no way to safely adjust this to sitting position while you still have the monitor and other peripherals on the top shelf. You have to adjust one side at a time. Overall this just doesn't make sense to me, unless you plan to never ever adjust it, and you can somehow figure out how to level it, and tighten it so much that it will actually stay in place. But everyone at work with a sit-stand desk always eventually sits for part of the day - to eat, to think, to chat on the phone - I don't know, standing just gets tiring! So I am ready to have the "gotjunk" folks come get this thing, and I'm back to sitting at my good old fashioned desk. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love my standing desk! Between documentation for work and school work I spend a ton of time sitting on my laptop or sitting reading books. I was so happy when I got this desk as it can hold several different things at once making it easy to multi-task while standing or walking. The set up was easy. It took about 30 minutes.     • Good but flawed

I do like this desk due to the ability to adjust heights of the back and front surfaces and the wheels, but it's not perfect. I have the same problem other reviewers have that the surfaces don't always stay in position because they don't lock in place. There's only two knobs underneath that you turn to hold it in place. I have my keyboard and mouse on the front surfaces and both surfaces will slowly decline and i'll have to adjust if I start getting uncomfortable and notice. The tilting function of this desk also has the same issue, because it doesn't lock, sometimes i'll accidentally press too hard on the edge and it'll tilt, leaving everything on there to the floor. Other than these issues, there's not much to complain about. The price is reasonable at 90.00, not sure if i'd pay too much over that but there's also not many better options if you're looking for a desk with these features. ... show more

I wanted to use it to be able to hold my laptop and tablet at an angle. Does not do that as advertised. I'm so disappointed and would love to return it but the box it came in is gone and I'm not spending my time taking it apart. I feel I should have to because it is defective and there are so many other reviews with the same issue. I should be compensated because of the defect on every desk bought.
