I’m a techie and I fell in love with this coffee table at first after reading early reviews and watching videos on it. The speakers are actually great and fridge works. But the digital display to control and settings for the table gave out in the first three months. You can barely see it now and the controls don’t work. Contacted their poor excuse of customer service just to tell me that it’s not covered, they won’t fix it, and they were sorry! Sorry!? You need to read the warranty and realize that it covers NOTHING! If you have $1300 to waste on this overpriced garbage of a coffee table, then go ahead and waste your money. ... show more

I backed this on Kickstarter and I've been very satisfied with the black one I got. The fridge cools to 37 degrees, the drawers slow close system works great, it's handy to have outlets on both sides, and the speakers work great with my laptop. That said, there are a few things that should or could be better. 1. No memory after power loss. You have to set everything back up, and if you forget, the fridge cools to its upper temp of 43 degrees I think, clock is out, etc. 2. USB ports are not very robust, I think it would have been better to have them more recessed and also more replaceable. Both are now broken and unusable. 3. App control of device and RGB lighting. Potentially music driven RGB action. It has Bluetooth so this is a logical next step. An upgrade kit for such functionality with power backup would be nice for those who are handy. 4. I think the rails for the fridge section could be more robust and less prone to tweaking. If it's fully loaded it is sometimes difficult to close from one side or the other, you have to push from center. That said, it's pretty much the same design on my Samsung. 5. Small LED light in drawers. Would be handy, especially in theater rooms. 6. Defrost issues. Admittedly I live in a humid area, the Puget Sound in Washington, but there have been times when I've had up to an inch of ice on the back wall of the cooling section. This can and will prevent the drawer from closing all the way, as it gets worse fast. Some accessories and Potentially modes for the chiller for defrosting would be nice. That's pretty much everything I can think of. It's great for what it is, a 1st iteration, but there are potential upgrade paths as seen above in my review. ... show more

The shipping came without a protection box. For something so expensive, i dont understand why it would come like that. And i am serious, it came wrapped in plastic bag. It didn't have a power cord inside or an instruction. Do not buy.

Worst purchase! Bought it 6 months ago and the glass exploded while i placed a beer on top..Look at the warranty info before buying this. They dont cover the tempered glass one of the most important part of the coffee table! Just wasted all my money!! Horrible experience!!
