I bought both of snoop dogs books for my dad, and they have been great. My dad is a simple cook, and these recipes fit his skill level in the kitchen perfectly. Despite being easy, the recipes in this book are pretty darn good, and he has not found a recipe yet that tastes bad. I bought both of Snoops cookbooks, and i found that the first one is more like an intro to Snoop and hood cooking if youre not familiar with it (first cookbook has the recipe for fried balogna in it 😂🤣), THIS book on the other hand is much better with fusion, experimentation, and flavor combos. If you like Snoop AND know your way around the kitchen, this one is definitely more worth it. ... show more

I purchased one cookbook for me and one for my mother as a gift. This cookbook is full of crazy fun recipes at a reasonable price. For instance 1. Flamin' Hot Cheetos Mac n Cheese Bites, 2. Man-ish Sandwich, 3. Grape Juice Cocktail, 4. Crab Boil, 5. Gumbo 6. Air-Fryer Panko Cod with Lemon, and many many more. There's plenty illustrations as well. By the way, Snoop's sense of humor is all over tbis book. If you like him, you'll enjoy this cookbook. I have booked-marked dozens of recipes for me to try, or at least have my daughter try. lol Most of the food needed for the recipes are reasonably priced. He absolutely loves it and is excited to start trying recipes. His father recieved the other cookbook, From Crook to Cook, so I expect to be invited to dinner soon! The recipies are simple and don't require too much skill, so if you are looking for something to challenge your existing skills this isn't it.
