These are terrible running shoes, let alone other sports. What looks like a lot of spring and bounce to the sole ends up falling completely flat. Everything compresses when you run and there is nothing inside the sole for cushioning. So it feels like you are running in flip flops or something flat and thin. The sock liner is way too thick where there's a good 2" of space around your ankles after it's on. It doesn't wrap around you ankles, so it feels weird having the loose sleeves rubbing against your ankles when you pivot or bend your ankles. ... show more
