I use these clips everyday and every night. They are so easy to put in. I am a person who is in my 70’s and my hair doesn’t always lay the way I want it to. They help so much when sleeping and they do not poke my head because they lay flat. It holds my hair in place after sleeping. I take them out in the morning and my hair has stayed pretty good. I didn’t need these for my hair, I have yarn scraps, that when they hit the floor they come undone. These clips keep that from happening. Great product, but not for anyone’s hair.
