The media could not be loaded. For the money being spent, the grill was fairly well-made. There was nothing defective on the unit I received it survived shipping, thankfully. I strongly recommend you watch my video as part of this review because it discusses something that I feel is a critical component that you must remove from the OEM grill and transfer into the front end behind this new aftermarket grill. Installation was a piece of cake. The first thing you do is remove the heat shield that sits on top of the grill and covers the reservoir tanks for the wipers and the radiator. They’re just held down with plastic tree clips so you can just pull hard on them to remove that cover. Lots of times those little clips will break because they got brittle from just being exposed to weather and in different temperature threshold’s After a few years. It’s a very common part to replace. You can get a whole set of them on Amazon. I purchased a whole set of various size ones knowing that I’d pop a few off and a break. Next step is to back out the four screws, holding the factory grill in place, and simply pulling on the grill to detach it from the vehicle. The bottom the grill is held on with three large clips that slide into a receiver on the front end frame assembly, so you’ll notice on the aftermarket grill the same three clips are on the bottom. For the lighting, I tapped into the driver side fog light using a splice tap. Mine is a 2015 model year 1500 sport trim. On my model year, the white wire was the 12 V power side on my fog lamp. I am unsure If Ram wires their vehicles with the same harness for other trims or model years, So I would a recommend you confirm this on your own vehicle using a voltmeter. With the fog lights on, test for 12 V on both sides of the connector that plugs into your fog light, one side will show 12 V and that is your hot side. I grounded the lights to the ground lug adjacent to the fuse panel as shown in one of my images in this review. You will want to cut off the C clamps that are on the wiring harness for the new grille and install a ring terminal on the ground side, and leave the power side bear because it slides into the splice tap, which I also have pictured in this review. Lastly, I personally feel it’s very critical that you perform the same DIY that I speak about in my video when installing this grill. Ram made it a point when building and design in this vehicle to install two plastic deflector plates on the backside of the OEM grill that protect critical wiring, harnesses, AC lines, and the reservoir tanks from Weather and possible debris entering the grill from the road. So take the time to transfer them as I’ve shown on my video and you’ll be better off in the long run. ... show more

Dose NOT come with all the hardwear neede to install the letters, other then that nice product, wating to see if the RAM light letters will fit in the space or if i will have to buy the simpler grill. Really wanted the Rebel Grill lokk but may have to be more plane. will update with photo when done.
