I bought these slippers to wear around the house to keep my feet clean. They are very cozy but sometimes my feet get sweaty since I live in Florida. I thought these were really cute and the happy face makes me happy! While these don't have arch support they do have enough cushion to make them comfortable to walk around the house in. They do have a hard sole so if you had to step outside you could. I got the pink one for my DIL. I picked the orange-blue for me. and really like how the blue stands out against the orange/coral.
