UPDATE: I spoke with the company and they were able to fix my problem right away. They had me send a better picture and I came home from my conference today to it and it’s BEAUTIFUL! Also, they had tried to message me about my picture being poor quality, but I never got the message and they couldn’t cancel my order, which is why they sent the blurry one. All in all, great service, great and quick fix and now I’m a super happy camper! Original: I was so excited for this to get here! For Mother’s Day, we did a photo shoot with all ten of my kids, my husband, my mom and my son’s girlfriend. I decided to order a big canvas of the family and it came back terrible. It was super blurry. I just got home and opened it up (all excited) and my heart sank. I wish that when they saw how it would turn out, they would have reached out to me to let me know, before I spent almost $200 on something that’s wasted.
