The media could not be loaded. Stylish and functional are two words I would use to describe this product. Easy to use straight from the box without the Wifi set up. I have not tried that feature yet. I like that it cuts itself off when empty, but it does a hold a lot of water and runs for hours. The oil scent stays pretty strong for a long time. It doubles as a humidifier so it can be used without oil, also. The led lights can run without the humidifer/diffusing feature going so I use that as a nightlight sometimes. It does turn off the led lights once it is empty if you had the diffuser going at the same time. I have found that placing it a corner, table height, in an area of the room where air flows pulls the scent through ventilation is best. Don't place it right under a ceiling fan but off to the side of the room and let the ventilation from the fan gently pull the scent across the room, as a suggestion. Depending on quality of oil you use, it can overpower small bedrooms but it can be overwhelmed in larger open floorplans, depending on cross ventilation. It has a low and high setting so you may have to play with settings that best fit your area to get a desired experience. I have 4 of these in my 3 bedroom, 1530 sq ft home and I have bought two as gifts. I do not have an open floor plan (Cape Cod) so I placed 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. Still works great longevity, works great no issues at all. Calming, noise level is close to none or none at all durability. Im giving this a 4 star because of the app. I deleted the app and also removed it in the app and it took me 2 months to find a video to shiw me how to get it back in the app and I work tech support and im extremely tech shabby. I would give it a 3 but the product itself is remarkable. They need to find a new app or simplify the scenario i mentioned ... show more

I bought one and the white cone underneath the brown exterior breaks apart in under 6 months. Fine, i'll deal with it... i can put both back on every time i fill it. The the white cone starts to absorb the water, and won't fit back into the base. Now it's dead in the water. I come back on here and theres still great reviews for this thing. I buy another one, and the same exact thing happens. I dunno what's going on, but if you want to spend 40$ on something to last 40 days, then this is perfect for you! The media could not be loaded. Easy to connect to alexa. Add some water and oils. And good to go. Maintain the water levels. Love the different colors. Quality is great. Not as quiet at first. You can hear the fan. But after a few minutes. It eventually goes quiet.

I think this may be my first two star review ever. Ok.. I had very high hopes for this diffuser. I actually bought another diffuser first, returned it just so I can get this one with the wifi capability. The Diffuser arrived Sunday and I was excited,. It's a little smaller than I expected. but I was still happy to receive it UNTIL...... I tried to connect it to my wifi so I could control with my Google Home. IT WAS A MESS!! 1st, you CANNOT connect to a Dual Band Router. For some reason it HAS to be 2.4GHZ.. The app won't even let you get passed the registering part unless it recognizes a 2.4GHZ signal. So after spending 45 mins or so learning about routers and ghz transmissions I learned that you can access the 2.4 GHZ portion of my router. Cool. I was able to set up another name for the router and password. So an hour or so in I try to connect. Still a no go. I THEN uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work. I unplugged router and modem for 5 mins, retried - NOTHING. I get online and visited Youtube, watched all the videos, read all of Amazon reviews, visited Reddit pages. Tried again - NO go. After 4-5 hours of trying I just gave up. I decided to e-mail the seller hoping this would help. I informed them I watched every Youtube video and tried numerous things to get this thing connected to my wifi. They sent a response back with a YouTube link. I was DONE.. I'm not happy with this item.. the diffuser works but not being able to connect to the wifi makes this useless. I could've kept the original diffuser I ordered. NOT PLEASED. **REVISED** OK.. I decided to give it another try yesterday. This time take my time and walk thru each step super careful and after 3-4 additional times I finally was able to link this difffuser to my phone / Wifi and Google Home. FINALLY!!! I upped my ratings to 3 stars.. This has to be the most difficult pairing I've ever encountered from any gadget. I recently purchased Philips Hue Play Lights and bulb lights and it was NO WHERE this difficult. 3-4 clicks on my phone and I was good. This should not have taken this long. But now they're up and running I'm a happy camper. I can voice control on/off and the colors. ... show more
