Screens are easily installed from the phone app. Battery life is reasonably good and can be prolonged by reducing the functions that are continuously enabled. For the price, this watch does what the listing says. It sets alarms, tracks steps/distance, claims to track heart rate while exercising, monitors stress, analyzes sleep patterns, Alexa commands, and phone calls + notifications. I've only had the watch for two days, and have yet to try using Alexa to reply to a text, but everything else does what you get for the cost of $45, but I purchased mine on sale (green band color) for $34. The heart rate isn't perfect (I'm an overweight lady and got this as a less bulky exercise aid) so what I know is a 160 BPM, is showing as a 140 BPM. I know I enter REM sleep, but it has not tracked any REM, but maybe the sensors just need time to get used to my body. I would also say the touch screen is a little lacking in touch-sensitivity (it takes 4 taps for the screen to register brightness change or accept a call for example) but it's not too sensitive at least. Battery seems to be long-lasting provided you don't go overboard on it (don't go 100% brightness, don't call every hour on the hour, idle monitors like periodic stress and step counters with some reminders for forgetfulness, make sure to set nighttime do not disturb settings for example.) And the App (VeryFit) offers themes/clock screens. I like the simple cat one. Cute image, bold digital format time, date. Not animated, not analogue, but those are offered in various 'masculine' and 'feminine' colors, fonts, themes (like holiday and the amusing "astronaut" category) and 'shape' (circular, square, digital, etc.) TL;DR: for a $45 dollar smartwatch, this does the job pretty well. Good starter watch for a budget or exercise beginner, or maybe if you need a smartwatch for a child/teen. The band colors are cute, pretty sure they're NOT interchangeable, but I struggled picking between pink, purple and green (all pastel.) ... show more

Works great for the price. After having it for a few weeks here are my observations. Cons: * I do not like the plastic band that this and many other watches come with these days. It was easy to replace with a 22mm band I already had * A few times it has stopped transmitting my heart rate to the phone. * Charts in the app can be hard to view. No way to expand them to make them easier to see. Pros: *Easy to see screen. * You can set it to come on when you raise your wrist to view the time. This is easy to turn off and on from the watch. I like it on when I am awake and off when I am trying to sleep. * Battery lasts me the week and then some. I charge it on Mondays and then again on Friday. It goes from ~85% change to ~50% charge. I could charge less often but if I charge on Mondays and Fridays the time it takes to charge matches the time I spend in the bathroom getting around those mornings. I put it on the changer and it is back to ~85% charged by the time a shower, brush my teeth, shave, etc. There are a number of options that effect how fast it uses charge so your experience my vary. * Many dial faces and you can make your own. Many of the faces and the ability to make your own are no change. Other faces cost a small fee. I have been plenty happy with the free ones. You can fit a number of faces on the watch and easily switch between them. It is easy to make your own custom simple digital face. You pick a background photo and a choose where the time will appear on the screen and what color to use for the time. My normal watch face is our dogs. * The sleep tracking seems to be as accurate as you would expect. Of course, if you are awake but staying really still it may think you are asleep. * The company seems to still be supporting this watch. I wanted a smartwatch so that I could see how's calling or texting without having to get my phone. I like the drink water reminder, I haven't used any of the sports stuff. It's a nice watch for the price. The one thing I don't like is that I have to restart it at least once a day. It's connected to my phone, but sometimes my reminders or text don't come through. That's why I gave 3 stars. Easy to use, and a lot of choices if you want to change the face. The first day it wouldn't light up when I raised my arm, after the second day it worked fine. Has been hard to keep Bluetooth to my phone. Just used Bluetooth when needed then. Got this in November 23. Battery keeps going dead all ready I have to charge it every 2 days. Don't recommend.
