I ordered this as a replacement for another smart watch that I have been having issues with. I actually have had several over the years and sort of like trying the more inexpensive ones to see how well they perform. Let me start with the fact that this is a very comfortable watch to wear, little heavier than most of the modern smart watches, more like the traditional watches so not overly heavy but definitely more substantial. I did notice that when I was initially putting the band on, I thought it was a little under designed and may be a problem - it did become a problem a couple of weeks later and I lost the clasp but fortunately I had a band from another smartwatch that fit. The accuracy seems ok, but I wonder if the steps might be a bit too sensitive; I don't really have a good way to compare but I might have to wear a different one at the same time just to see. I am also having some issues with keeping the messaging from my phone connected and am trying to figure out how to overcome this problem as well. I will say that this has probably the best battery life of any smart watch I have even used - comparable to my first gen Amazfit which I thought was impossible. Overall, I like this watch and even with the quarks I am still dealing with, I still feel I can recommend it to anyone looking for a good smartwatch at a competitive price. ... show more

I purchased this watch on May 6th and have gotten quite familiar with it. It has everything I need and want in watch. It works well with the app. One thing I like is the calling function. The microphone is exceptionally clear and keeps me from handling the phone. Blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, weather, etc all work well and and give accurate readings. I am most impressed with the customer service. I spent over an hour speaking with Jay understanding the watch and correcting some minor issues. You can look at my other reviews and see that I’ve sort of become a “collector” of these “generic” smartwatches. I’m not intentionally collecting them, I’m just trying to find the best one and as a Vine reviewer, it doesn’t really cost me much. Of all the generic Amazon smartwatches I’ve tried, this is clearly the nicest one by a substantial margin. THE GOOD This Watch is a chunk. I’m 6’2” and weigh around 220. I’m not what you would call a “fat guy” but I’m a big man with big hands and big wrists and this watch looks perfect on my wrist. Check out the photo with my review. The band is plenty long as well. I have it pegged on the 7th hole so even with my big wrists there is still a good 2+ inches of adjustable length on the band. The band is just black rubber or silicone or whatever they make these out of. The band has NOT irritated my skin at all in the 2 weeks I’ve been wearing it. It is also well ventilated with holes so it is fairly cool and I don’t get sweaty under it which is nice. The operating system is really good and has options none of the others have like an “always on” mode where instead of the screen going blank after timing out, the screen goes to a very simple watch face that doesn’t consume much power. There are 2 options for “always on”, a digital readout and an analog dial. This watch also has the option to keep the screen on for up to 60 seconds before turning off which is longer than the others. The app is well done and seems mature. The watch connects immediately and automatically to the app and the app has a large number of watch faces to choose from and is easy to set preferences with. Notifications are reliable and timely and display well. It will NOT display images in notifications and you can’t reply from the watch although you CAN place a call from the watch by either selecting from imported contacts or using the keypad dialer. The watch then acts like a tiny Bluetooth speakerphone on your wrist. It’s pretty neat. You can also play music on the watch from your Apple Music library. All of the health monitoring functions seem accurate and reliable and it constantly monitors heart rate. It automatically monitors sleep very accurately and even the blood pressure readings are pretty close to what I get from my regular cuff. It also will notice if you have been especially active for the last few minutes and give you a notification asking if you have started exercising because you are moving around so much. But the BEST part is the build quality. This thing is a chunky watch. The case is some type of metal…probably aluminum…and is 2 tone with the main case being a graphite color and the 2 function buttons being anodized orange. There are 4 screws holding the case together and the whole thing has a very durable and tough look to it that looks very high quality. The styling is reminiscent of a Casio G-Shock and does not come across as cheap in any way. The included charger is substantial and should be easy to keep up with and the watch came with a ballistic glass screen protector packed in the box, ready to apply. THE BAD So far, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. If you are in the market for an inexpensive smartwatch, you really can’t go wrong with this one.
