The watch is alright for what it is. However, that is all it is. Just okay. In addition, the company immediately lost a star by trying to force a good review with the temptation of an Amazon gift card in exchange for a 5* review. It can help you find your phone, can track some health stats loosely, and can even pause, play, or skip (forwards or backwards) for your playlists of songs. It can also be a timer and a notification assistant. But that's basically where the perks stop. The watch loses its connection to the phone so often it's annoying. In spite of never closing out of the app on the phone or moving too far away from it, the watch still manages to lose its pairing, often. If you try to swipe left to access the many features, the interface will think you're swiping right, and give you your steps instead. Did you want to check the notifications? Too bad, you actually definitely wanted to look at your options, right? It's great for a cheap fitness band that vaguely calculates your status throughout the day, but it's highly unreliable for accurate counts. I've just used my hands normally to grab things and move around, but according to the tracker, I can manage to "walk 1000 steps" by doing that. While sitting still and not moving a step at all. If you want a cheap fitness watch to test the waters, this is great. If you want it to be functional and not super infuriating with the various nitpicky details, you may want to spring for something more expensive in the hopes of avoiding such issues to begin with. ... show more

I just bought this watch a few days ago and while I am overall happy with my purchase, and I think that for the money it's a great watch, it's not 100% what I hoped for. To start with, the blood pressure is often inaccurate, no matter how I hold my wrist. The temperature, while I could happily change to Fahrenheit, is often inaccurate. The worst thing to me is that notifications do not always cause my phone to vibrate (even though I have that feature turned on) and I was very sad to see that I couldn't scroll through an entire notification, to read the message, but only could see the first line and who sent it. I wasn't able to download any apps to it, which I had hoped to do as well. It was also disconcerting to have no instructions in regards to how to get the watch band on, nor how to charge it. I figured both out, but for some people this might be difficult (it was a little for me too). On the pro side, it has tons of cute watch faces! It is sleek and modern looking, and someone mentioned not being able to turn off the feature where it turns on any time your wrist turns, but there is...just go to the app on your phone and shut off the "quick view", which keeps your screen dark unless you turn it on. I turned it off, as the phone is ultra sensitive to movement. Other pros are there is a lot geared towards fitness, which is I guess what is most important! Edit: The original review is below. Customer service reached out to me and said that they are going to send a replacement watch from their upcoming release. I wasn't expecting them to reach out, and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. I'll update my review again when I get the replacement watch and actually get a chance to use it and see what it's like. I was excited to get this watch and it did look beautiful but it was unusable. I put it on the charger immediately after it arrived so I could turn it on and use it as soon as possible. I noticed that there were no instructions in the package, so I sent a message off to the company about it. So far everything's fine. A battery with no charge isn't unexpected with a new electronic device, and it could have just been a packing error with the missing instructions. The problem comes two hours later. I had been periodically checking on the watch and it was not charging at all. After two hours it was obviously that it wasn't going to charge. Since the watch can't be charged, making it useless, I know I'll have to return it. But before I do I decide to at least check it out. I find that it will turn on while connected to the charger. So I turn it on and find out why the instructions were missing and why it doesn't work. The watch was a return (probably for the charging issue). See those messages in the picture? They're not mine. They belong to whoever had the watch last. Tl;Dr: Someone returned a defective watch which then got resold to me. The only positive thing I can say about the company is that they replied to my message about the missing instructions the next day and offered to send them digitally as well as $5 back.
