This watch is really wonderful. I think it's screen is a tiny bit larger than one of the previous models I had. But it still has most of the same wonderful functions. It tracks my steps, and it has some great watch faces. It has added some nice trackers, such as Stress Record and Emotion Record. There are a few things I wish were a little better, but only a few. Some of the watch faces I liked from previous models are not available. But there are still quite a few good ones to choose from. The sleep tracker is ok, and they have added REM tracking to it. I do wish the Sleep Quality Analysis offered a sleep score, and I also wish that the titles under the analysis and the descriptions were written in a little better English so that it was easier to understand. It's easy to figure out, but it's not written quite right. I'm not sure how accurately it tracks your sleep time, either. I just slept soundly for 9.5 hours (I know I wasn't awake), and it said I didn't go to sleep until 3.5 hours later, only getting 5.5 hours of sleep. I was exhausted that day, and I know I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. This watch also has the do not disturb function which is great. Now you can access it from the watch, which I like, but can no longer access it from the app, which I don't like. Other than that, this is still a wonderful smartwatch. This watch is a great alternative to other expensive brands. For the price, you get a lot of the same useful functions. The fitness tracking capabilities are impressive, monitoring steps, heart rate, sleep patterns. The multiple sports modes work well to help me keep track of various workouts. There is an app you can download on your phone to connect the watch to. The watch interface is similar to that of an Apple or Samsung watch. Great smart watch. As someone who rarely wears a watch, this was a learning curve. You do have to pair it to your phone (don't worry: it'll find your phone no matter what brand). The app is simple to navigate. YOu can turn features on and off, like oxygen sensing, pulse, etc. If you're using this, however, as a fitness watch, you can have all of the features on. This gives an accurate picture of your sleep pattern which I found more helpful than I'd thought. You can change the face and dial to suit your moods very easily by a few simple swipes. The volume of the phone calls, music, audiobooks (through the music app on my phone) are loud and clear. The swipability and touchscreen are responsive and not glitchy. You will have to enable bluetooth on your phone (or tablet) to get this set up. Once you've done that, it will find the correct time, sync your contacts, music, etc. For a watch under $25, this is a bargain. The silicone strap is comfortable but can be switched out for any other that is 38mm wide with a pull-back lever on the bar. I have some elastic ones that match my outfits that make this more of a fashion accessory than a utilitarian timepiece. ... show more

I've worn it for a night and the sleep tracker is very accurate. It got the bedtime and uptime and deep sleep hours all correctly. I like all the easy to use features. It is cool you can put custom backgrounds it. The charging is easy with the magnetic charger and the battery life is very long. I have used it in the shower and pool. Still works great. I also like that the watch face is larger than my old smart watch.
