This is my first smart watch, so this is not coming from someone who has had watches costing several hundred dollars before. That said, I really like this watch. It's so helpful. It tracks my sleep, with visual cues for light, deep, and REM sleep as well as waking periods. It tracks your steps and calories burned, and if you're walking specifically for exercise (or doing many other different kinds of exercise) you can specifically track that easily. It tells you your calories burned, heart rate ... You don't even need a PulseOx any more, because it can give you that info too. It can show weather and incoming texts. It’s a cheap option and it works relatively well. I notice some of the measurements are wildly inconsistent but I really bought this for the step counting feature. At a few points it measured my heart rate at 209 but when I measured it myself, it was at 64. It also thought I slept 3 hours last night when I actually slept 8+ (I know because it was the best night of sleep I’ve had in a while). It sounds like I’m knocking it but I’m quite happy and frankly, even with the inconsistent measurements, you can quickly figure out which ones are bogus and which ones are relatively accurate. If you want a smartwatch but don’t want to pay and extraordinary amount, this is the one. It tracks steps well and beyond the inconsistencies, it allows me to get a pretty good reading on my heart rate, stress and sleep. One last thing, if you sweat or wear sunscreen, it’ll likely not get proper readings. ... show more

This watch is pretty basic, but it does everything I wanted in a smartwatch. I can receive texts and notifications, control (skip & pause) my music, track my steps, tell time & track my heart rate.
