It seems to do a good job with heart rate, blood pressure, and O2 measures. Sleep is subpar. It is very inconsistent in registering when I am asleep. It also doesn't allow you to go back and edit your sleep schedule. I got up in the middle of the night and it only registered my sleep afterward.

I purchased this smart ring just to record my sleep, I can't feel it and the measurements are accurate. Surprisingly it also monitors heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen, it's definitely value for money and crucially the app is still free.
